Human Rights and Healing Arts for a
Culture of Peace
Art communicates across cultures, beyond thought and beyond words. This free forum will feature presentations from more than 15 experts (artists, activists, doctors, scholars, neuroscientists, researchers, etc.) exploring the positive impact of the arts in promoting global peace education, human rights and health.
Forum organized and hosted by Guila Clara Kessous, PhD., UNESCO Artist for Peace, under the high patronage of UNESCO in partnership with the Jameel Arts & Health Lab in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Global Peace Education Network (GPEN).
